Free Return & Exchange Policy

We provide free exchange & return service.Requests for exchange or return must be made within 2 business days since you sign for your goods. Overdue this item is not available.Exchanges or returns must be pre¨Cauthorized by Rwigs.com with a permission email. Without the permission email, the item(s) will incur a 50% unauthorized product fee.

To ensure your exchange or return goes smoothly, please do the following only after you are sure your item(s) is eligible:

1. Email sales@Rwigs.com to request your exchange. You will receive an email response from us with our questions or instructions on how to exchange and return the product. Please allow up to 2 business days for response.

2. If you are not convenient to send a email, please call our service number between 1:00 AM - 9:30 AM GMT; 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM EST. our customer service Amy will serve you.


Exchange Policy

1. Rwigs.com do not accept any subjective and unreasonable reason of customer to request for exchange. This promise is applied for the in stock lace wigs, not include any used wigs, custom lace wigs, special offer products or clearance sale. Please make sure Merchandise is in new condition, unused, uncut and in original package. Please be aware: Unauthorized and ineligible returns will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee.

2. Customers who want to exchange can make application only one time for one order. Please make sure all the information of exchange unit is right!

3. Please send pictures of the lace wig to us when you decide to make exchange, because we should check the condition of the lace wig.

4. The exchange can be done in the same style, if you want to exchange the different style or the wig in different length and so on, you should pay the price difference if any.

5. There won't be any re-stocking fee charged for exchange.

6. For the shipping fee, in order to save you money, we can give you our ups account to let you send your wig back, and you should pay $40 to our PayPal account as the fee of sending the wig back via our ups account (if you send it by yourself via ups or DHL, but it will cost $90~$110)

7. After we confirm your exchange request, you can send the wig back.


Return Policy

1. Rwigs.com do not accept any subjective and unreasonable reason of customer to request for return. 3. For return case, you are required to send the wig by yourself. After we get the returned order, your refund of original payment will be back to your account; $50 will be deducted from the original total. this 50 dollars is for the previous shipping that you need to repay us if you want to return your order.

4. When you send the wig back, if you are in the USA, you may choose USPS, which should be very cheap. the shipping fee can be as low as $10~20. but it will take about 4-5 weeks to get to us. So this is not recommended to ship the wig back which is to be exchanged, but return case is available.

5. After we confirm your return request, you can send the wig back with it.

We are happy to accommodate exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item(s) please follow our exchange policy above.

Items Repair Policy

1. If you are our customer, you can get the service of one wig maintenance (once) in 6 months.(Shipping fee not included)
2. Other free repair services include: Wig cleaning and Repair bad tangles.
3. Other cases, you need pay us repairing fee which will be depended on the condition of your wig.
4. For each repair unit, customers need to afford shipping charges. you can send the wig by yourself or use our ups, so $20 or $50 will be charged according to your choice.
5. Sending pictures to us before you sending the wig back for repair so that we can check the condition of the wig.
6. Repairing a wig has the same process as making a new custom wig, so in common cases, if your wig is shedding, it will take about 30~32 working days.
7. After we confirm your repair request, you can send the wig back with it.

Modification& Cancel order Policy

No extra service fee will be charged for any changes or modifications you request to your order after the order is placed. This includes item, color, payment, shipping, or coupon redemption changes. But you need pay the price difference if any. The requests for changes to orders will be accepted within 24 hours after placing the order.
